#HowToLiveOnEarth

The Guide

Start here

If you do just one thing after watching the film, make it one of these. Three simple actions for anyone and anywhere.

Get outside

Spend some time outdoors this week — a park, a river, any patch of green near you. Time in nature is one of the simplest things we know of for your body and your mind.

Change what's on your plate

Explore more plant-rich meals and sustainable food choices. Small, regular changes to what we eat add up quickly for our health and the planet.

Follow your money

Ask whether your bank, pension provider or savings are contributing to nature loss — and move them if they are. It's how individual choices start to shift the wider system.

Where can you have influence?

As a human

Small daily choices add up to a planetary shift. Start where you live: what you eat, how you move, what you buy, who you vote for.

Calculate your carbon footprint (Conservation International)
Eat the planetary health diet (EAT-Lancet)
Find your nearest rewilding project or conservation project
Log the wildlife you spot (iNaturalist)
