How to Live on Earth premieres in Southeast Asia during AT ONE IMPACT WEEK 2026

16 September 2026

Ahead of its global release, the feature documentary was screened to delegates as part of AT ONE IMPACT WEEK 2026 in Singapore, the global platform hosted by TPC (Tsao Pao Chee) and NO.17 Foundation.

The Southeast Asia premiere of How to Live on Earth was hosted on 10 September 2026, in partnership with Mercuria and Standard Chartered. It formed part of AT ONE IMPACT WEEK’s programme in Singapore, which brought together leaders across philanthropy, enterprise and capital to explore how different forms of expertise and resources can work together to build a Well-being Economy.

Ahead of the screening, a panel discussion provided the audience with a deeper dive into the issues explored in the film. Speakers included Fredi Devas, Director of How to Live on Earth, Lee Howell, Executive Director of the Villars Institute, Tony Ford, Asia CFO at Mercuria, Eelco Hoekstra, CEO of Silvania, and Sook Yee Tai, Chair of the NO.17 Foundation.

The screening helped to bring to life the central question for the week’s programme — “What if love becomes infrastructure?” — by exploring relationships between the film’s contributors and the land, water and communities they work alongside.

“The film explores the relationship between people and nature, and how our relationship with the Earth shapes the way we live and thrive. It is an expression of the interconnectedness of the Rural and Human Consciousness ecosystems and the Energy & Nature and Community & Culture infrastructure that together contribute to the Well-being Economy,” said Tai Sook Yee, Chair, NO.17 Foundation.

How to Live on Earth’s upcoming release is supported by a global impact campaign, delivered in collaboration with organisations including Conservation International, The Nature Conservancy, UNDP and the UNEP Finance Initiative, reflecting an approach that pairs storytelling with the research and delivery networks needed to drive progress for nature recovery. This approach aligns with the focus of AT ONE IMPACT WEEK 2026,

How to Live on Earth is set for a global YouTube premiere on 20 September 2026. The release will mark the next stage of the film’s rollout, making the documentary freely available to audiences worldwide.

This declaration reflects the ambition of AT ONE IMPACT WEEK 2026: to move from ideas to systems, and from individual efforts to the infrastructure and ecosystems that allow change to take root.
